I live in Uxbridge and my husband and I were out for a walk Friday night. We stopped by Balanced Life Yoga.  It was closed so we were just reading  some information posted on the door.  One of your team members happened to be driving by, saw us and stopped.  She showed us some pamphlets and gave us information about the classes.  The reason I am writing to you is to let you know how impressed I am.  She said that she was driving by and saw us looking in the window, she went out of her way to pull over to talk to us.  Like I said we were impressed.  It was  a very kind and thoughtful action. -Nette, Uxbridge

Best Marathon Time Thanks to Yoga for Runners!-Testimonial Tuesday

The Yoga for Runners class made all the difference in my marathon training. I was hoping that by taking the class I would be adding some core routines as well as some advanced stretching and strengthening routines, and it was amazing.

The result was that I felt more recovered after the class to continue the rigorous running schedule, than before. The yoga, combined with the marathon training schedule, allowed me to achieve a new personal best marathon time that was 22 minutes faster than my previous one, and 7 minutes away from qualifying for the Boston Marathon.~ Paul M., Ajax

Are you a runner?  Yoga for runners can increase speed and reduce your recovery time, boost flexibility in hips and hamstring as well as reduce the risk of injury!  This course is designed specifically for runners and will incorporate poses that will help you stretch, strengthen and balance a runner’s body!

Yummy Mommy? – Testimonial Tuesday

I loved stroller fit!  Not only was it a reason so get up and out of the house to spend time outside, it was a chance to meet and make friends with other new moms in our community!  I went to a lot of other programs with Henry during our year off together, but stroller fit was where we were the most active and had the best conversations.  I love how the group became so close and great friendships were formed. – Tracee Nemeth, Whitby
