We often start the new year with great fervor and determination and right around February that resolution or intention can fizzle out as we get busy with life.

The Balanced Life Possibility Yoga Challenge is an opportunity to remember your deep intention, renew your commitment, take the inspired action to support it AND maybe even create a healthy habit that will last all year long. Yoga is a wonderful tool to help you live to your potential, joy and purpose. We encourage you to get involved in the Yoga Challenge as a means to help you stay on track in your life.

HOW TO:

It’s simple. The challenge begins February 1, 2012. It ends on March 1, 2012. (February has 29 days this year – LEAP into it!)

Option 1: Practice 12 times in 30 days and dedicate your practice to someone or something thereby creating good karma for yourself and someone else!

Option 2: Practice everyday for 30 days and dedicate your practice to someone or something thereby creating good karma for yourself and someone else AND experience the amazing feeling daily practice brings to mind, body and soul!

This is a perfect time to re-focus and re-establish practices that uplift your life and set a positive resolution for 2012. What better way to do so than with friendly, welcoming people! You will feel so supported and a part of something truly wonderful. All participants will be invited to a Possibility Challenge Party in March.

And you will have fun tracking your challenge progress on our in-studio board and help encourage others in their challenge. We also encourage you to dedicate your challenge — whether to your family, to your commitment to quit smoking, to a friend who is suffering, or even to yourself… it will feel great!
