Join us for a feel-great practice that balances hip-opening postures with Therapeutic Muscle Activation (TMA) techniques to ensure the muscles supporting our hips, are firing. This class will also focus on the alignment of our hips during common yoga poses to ensure we are promoting strong hips. You will leave with a greater understanding of the anatomy of your hips and how to find optimal hip-function through your yoga practice. No more “dumping at the hips” or other common yoga injuries…go deeper into your practice with confidence and ease!
