Yoga for the Individual – How It Works 

No two people are alike, nor are their requirements for a healthy mind and body. Working one on one you will experience deep, lasting and immediate well-being. Shasta begins each session assessing your needs and determining a course of practice just for you. She listens to you deeply and responds with a meaningful practice to help you achieve whatever goals you are seeking. Shasta will then guide you through our personalized practice with clarity and kindness. Your practice may focus on enhancing strength, improving range of movement, easing pain and proper functioning of all systems including a calm mind. Each student also receives a free, easy to follow personalized home practice.

Yoga is not a one size fits all practice. At Balanced Life Yoga we focus on total health and well-being and love to be of service to students seeking to live their best life. Let us show you how!

Sessions are $110 and 50-minutes in length for Senior Teachers: Shasta Townsend and Krista Bromfield. Session with studio teachers are $85  for 50-minutes in length. These are set up at your convenience. Sessions are completely confidential and some insurance companies cover the costs of sessions.

Private classes with Balanced Life Yoga Studio Director Shasta Townsend  is $125 per 50 minute session, with Senior Teacher Krista Bromfield or a Senior Teacher is $110 per 50 minute session and with a studio teacher $85 per 50 minute session . We require pre-payment at time of booking. We accept visa, mastercard or debit. Some insurance and health plans will reimburse costs.
