The Balanced Life Yoga Challenge is an opportunity to renew your commitment and create a healthy habit AND dedicate all your efforts to someone or something. This will keep you motivated and offer great karma out into the world.
It’s simple: Practice 12 times in 30 days and we will recognize you as a Balanced Life Yoga Inner Revolutionary or really commit and practice 24 times in 30 days and see just how much good energy you can create!
Yoga Challenge Begins on Yoga Mala Day – Saturday, September 18 to October 16
Fall is always a perfect time to re-focus and re-establish practices that uplift your life and set a positive resolution for the rest of the year. What better way to do so than with friendly, welcoming people! You will feel so supported and a part of something truly wonderful. Have fun tracking your challenge progress on our in-studio board and help encourage others in their challenge. We also encourage you to dedicate your challenge — whether to your family, to your commitment to quit smoking, to a friend who is suffering, or even to yourself… it will feel great!
